BuyBuzzy.store operates as an online retailer specializing in watches, goggles, and bags. All products offered are 7A quality copies/replicas. BuyBuzzy.store reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review these terms periodically, as continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes. All disputes, communications, and transactions conducted through BuyBuzzy.store are governed by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Product Information and Disclaimer
BuyBuzzy.store makes every effort to ensure that product images, descriptions, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations in color, design, finish, logo placement, or packaging may occur due to manufacturing differences, lighting conditions, or screen resolution. Such variations do not constitute a defect.
By default, all products are shipped in standard secure packaging. Customers who wish to receive original brand-style packaging must request it at the time of purchase and pay an additional charge. Availability of original packaging is subject to stock and manufacturer conditions, and failure to request it prior to dispatch will result in shipment using standard packaging. BuyBuzzy.store does not guarantee the authenticity of brand logos or official packaging, as all products are replicas.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. BuyBuzzy.store reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods available through the website or sales platform. All payments must be received in full before the order is processed. By placing an order, you warrant that all payment information provided is accurate and authorized.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy and Security Fee
To reduce fake or fraudulent orders, a COD security fee is required for all Cash on Delivery transactions. The security fee is 50% of the total order value, with a maximum cap of ₹500. If 50% of the order value exceeds ₹500, only ₹500 will be charged.
The security fee is adjusted against the final bill amount, and the remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery. By selecting COD as a payment method, customers explicitly agree to pay the security fee and acknowledge that it is non-refundable in the event of cancellation after dispatch.
This fee helps BuyBuzzy.store ensure genuine order confirmations and protect both the business and other customers from fraudulent activity.
5. Order Confirmation and Dispatch
Orders are processed only after confirmation and, where applicable, receipt of the COD security fee. BuyBuzzy.store reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if confirmation or payment is not received within a specified period. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified, altered, or canceled except under specific conditions outlined in the cancellation and refund section. Customers will be provided with tracking details once the shipment has been handed to the courier.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers may cancel their orders prior to dispatch for a full refund. Orders cancelled after dispatch are subject to deductions for shipping and logistics charges. The COD security fee will be refunded after product return and verification, unless otherwise specified.
Refunds for cancellations after dispatch will only be processed after the returned product is received in its original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable, as they are payable to the courier service once the shipment is dispatched. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used during purchase or via an alternative method as determined by BuyBuzzy.store.
7. Returns, Replacements, and Complaints
BuyBuzzy.store accepts returns or replacement requests only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Customers notify BuyBuzzy.store within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Customers provide valid photographic or video evidence of the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
All returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. BuyBuzzy.store reserves the right to refuse any return or replacement request that does not meet these criteria. Returns or replacements are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, design preference, minor variations in appearance, or normal wear and tear.
All complaints will be resolved at the discretion of BuyBuzzy.store and may include a refund, replacement, or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
8. Shipping and Delivery Policy
BuyBuzzy.store generally processes orders within 1–3 working days. Estimated delivery timelines range from 3–7 working days, depending on location and courier service availability. While BuyBuzzy.store makes every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays due to courier partners, weather, festivals, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
BuyBuzzy.store is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once the order has been handed over to the courier. Customers are encouraged to track shipments using the tracking number provided.
9. Privacy Policy
BuyBuzzy.store values the privacy of its customers. All personal information, including name, phone number, address, and order details, is used solely for processing, delivery, and customer support. Personal information is never sold or shared with third parties, except with trusted courier or logistics partners for fulfillment purposes.
